TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A 25% deposit is required to confirm every booking (minimum £25). If there is a cancellation up to 14 days prior to the booked session, then a new date can be agreed and the deposit will transfer. If no substitute booking is made then the deposit is forfeited.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your recording, simply contact the studio within ten days of the session and we’ll provide extra studio time for you to make corrections. Unfortunately this offer does not extend to contributing factors that are beyond the studios control (for example performance quality or lack of appropriate time booked).

ACCOUNT POLICY
We would respectfully ask that new customers agree to our ‘pay as you go policy’, however, if a customer wants to use the studio on a regular basis, it may be possible to negotiate further discounts on the proviso that on presentation of a monthly statement from Abatis Studios, the outstanding amount is settled within 7 days of statement date. No completed recording will be released until all monies due have been paid.
